Our team is senior by design, with architects, engineers, DevOps, security and compliance specialists and delivery leaders, working across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. We're straight-talking technologists with high standards, even when no one's looking. Alongside migration and modernisation work, we're often called in to rescue stalled projects when an internal team hits its limit, a partner falls short or an environment is so complex it falls into the too-hard basket. While we thrive on those challenges, we never take a project for the project's sake. We start by weighing the outcome against what it will take. We look at assumptions, what hasn't been considered, what it will cost to run and whether there's a better way. If the business case doesn't stack up or you're not ready, we'll say so. Sometimes that means a different architecture, technology, sequence or cost model, or something smaller and simpler than what you came in for. Once we're in, we don't stop until it's **Cloud.
