Managed Services
Australian support tailored to your team
Cloud support works best when it's built around what your business needs now and can flex as you grow.
Whether you want full cover across Levels 1, 2 and 3 or just a specialist backup for the moments your own team gets stuck, we shape our Australian-based managed services around your environment, your internal capability and the level of risk you're comfortable carrying.
How We Work
Fully customised
We build our services around your escalation points and the safety net you need, whether that's business hours or 24x7x365.
Not a % of your cloud bill
The industry norm of charging a percentage means you pay more as your bill grows. We only charge for the support you need.
Flexibility is a given
Business and user needs change at short notice, sometimes unexpectedly, so your support can scale up or down with them.
Level 1 Support
First response and triage when an issue is raised
Level 1 is the first response to an incident. When a ticket is raised, we're the first point of contact and start the triage. Many larger organisations already run their own service desks for this level of support, so you can include it or leave it out.
Level 2 Support
Expert break/fix escalation when your team needs it
Level 2 is the first point of escalation when an issue can't be triaged or resolved internally. We take on the break/fix investigation and bring the expertise to resolve it, so your team can work within its capability without being left alone when it hits something it can't solve.
Level 3 Support
Specialist backup for the most complex problems
Level 3 is the final point of escalation, bringing in the people who can solve a problem when earlier levels can't. It gives you access to the depth of the wider team, and can be scoped to just the part of your environment where you want specialist backup.
Proactive Optimisation
Ongoing work that happens without you asking
Cost Control
Proactive monitoring that catches bill spikes early
Cost Control is the ongoing monitoring and management of your cloud spend inside managed services. We keep an eye on costs, flag bill spikes and keep looking for ways to optimise the environment, so you hear about a problem from us rather than finding it on your next invoice.
It's part of our FinOps and Cost Guardian offerings, and it's included at no extra cost where your cloud billing runs through us.
Well-Architected Review (WAR)
Ongoing checks that your environment stays fit for purpose
A Well-Architected Review is a continuous check that your environment stays aligned, well designed and fit for purpose as it changes.
Cloud environments don't stay still, and every new system, service or version changes the picture. We review as you go, checking that new work fits what's already there and telling you when something needs attention to maintain your service levels. It's an ongoing part of managed services, not a one-off assessment.

FAQs
What's the difference between Level 1, 2 and 3 support?
Level 1 is first response and triage when a ticket is raised. Level 2 is the first escalation, where the break/fix investigation happens. Level 3 is the last escalation, bringing in the specialists for problems the earlier levels can't solve. You can take all three or any combination.
Why don't you charge a percentage of our cloud bill?
The common approach of charging a percentage means the support bill grows as the cloud bill grows – so we’d earn more from a bigger bill. Instead, we charge only for the support you take, so we can focus on optimising your environment and reducing your cloud spend.
We already have an internal team. Do we have to hand over the whole environment?
No. We scope support around the part of the environment you want backed up and the levels you actually need. Many customers keep first response in-house and use us from Level 2 onwards, or run day-to-day support themselves and engage us for Level 3 as a safety net.
What hours can we get support?
Our coverage is built around what you need, whether that's 24x7x365, twelve hours a day seven days a week or standard business hours. We work out the right level with you based on what your environment runs, the business risks and what makes sense commercially for you.
Is your support team in Australia?
Yes. Our managed services are delivered by teams based in Australia. We then shape the delivery model around the level of support, coverage and escalation you need.
How do you keep the environment fit for purpose over time?
A Well-Architected Review is included in our managed services, and it runs as the environment changes. If a new deployment drifts from the design, weakens security or increases cost, we tell you before it becomes a problem, with a recommendation attached.
